- Booking data: Group details, passenger names, travel dates, venue selections, booking history.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type.
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card or bank details.
- Uploaded data: Passenger lists (Excel, CSV, Word files) uploaded by you.
4. Purpose of Processing
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: To provide and maintain the Platform, process bookings, and manage your account.
- Communication: To send booking confirmations, login codes, and service updates.
- Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the Platform.

- Marketing: Only with your explicit consent, to send promotional offers or newsletters.

We process your data based on:
- Contract: Processing necessary for the performance of our service agreement with you.

- Legal obligation: For compliance with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.

- Venue/ticket providers: To process and confirm your bookings (group name, number of guests, date).
- Payment provider: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, IE) for payment processing.
- Hosting provider: Vercel Inc. and Supabase Inc. for platform hosting and database services.
- CRM: HubSpot for customer relationship management.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
7. Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (Vercel, Supabase, HubSpot) are based in the United States. Data transfers to the US are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.
8. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after deletion.
- Booking data is retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
- Uploaded passenger lists are stored for the duration of the associated booking only.
- Usage data is retained for 26 months.
